Yes on all three, and we provide certificates before work begins.
This is worth verifying with every contractor you interview. If an uninsured contractor's worker is injured on your property, the liability exposure can land on you personally.
Do you use your own crews or subcontractors?
Both, depending on the trade. We maintain core crews for the work we do most, and we hold long-standing relationships with specialist subtrades for electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and specialty finishes.
What matters is that all of them work to our schedule and our standard, and the accountability for the finished result stays with us.
What size of project do you take on?
From a single bathroom through to custom homes and commercial build-outs.
Where we add most value is on projects that need real coordination: multiple trades, structural change, permits, and a schedule that has to hold together.
How do you handle changes during a project?
With a written change order stating the cost and schedule impact, issued and approved before we act on it.
Nothing appears on a final invoice that you have not already seen and agreed to in writing. That is the single most common source of contractor disputes and it is entirely avoidable.
What happens if something goes wrong after the project is finished?
You call us and we come back. Workmanship is warrantied and manufacturer warranties pass through to you with the documentation.
We also do a follow-up visit after the first season to adjust cabinetry and doors, which naturally settle through a house's first heating cycle after a renovation.
